When laying the floor, a 2cm gap should be left as an expansion joint, and then covered with a skirting board. Some owners, in order to keep it clean, do not reserve expansion joints between adjacent wooden floors as required, or ask the laying workers to leave the joints as thin as possible. This can also prevent the floor from stretching, and when exposed to humid air, it can easily arch due to moisture absorption and expansion, and even cause the paint surface to crack. There is insufficient expansion reserve between the wooden floor and the wall.
